From Up On Poppy Hill (2011)

This is another Ghibli movie that is not "magical" or "fantasy". Nor is it in the same class with "Grave of the Fireflies". Its a low-key, slice of life, charming movie about some teenagers saving "the Latin Quarter quarter" (an academic clubhouse) in 1963 Japan.  Targeted at teenagers and adults - its definitely not a kids movie. The animation, Japanese voicing, and soundtrack are all excellent. Ebert called it "bland and boring" but I found it engaging and interesting. But mileage may vary.

Note: As usual, the English Dub isn't very good - Disney once again tries to "jazz it up" but instead just "dumbs it down".
